Payment must be completed in full before shipping is initiated.
Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout and processed via Shopify Payments or our authorized payment service providers.

Orders are shipped across the European Union using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination country and order size.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. A flat return fee of €5.85 applies within Germany.
