4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include the applicable value-added tax (VAT).
Payment must be completed in full before shipping is initiated.
Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout and processed via Shopify Payments or our authorized payment service providers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver exclusively to Germany, Italy, and France. Shipping is free to all three countries. The estimated total delivery time is 3–5 business days for Germany, Italy, and France. The information displayed at checkout is authoritative.
6. Returns and Refunds
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For an ordinary return, the customer arranges and pays for the return directly; no return label is provided. For products that are damaged, non-conforming, or sent in error, the seller covers the return costs. See the Refund Policy for details.

The use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU laws.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
