The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

We will then provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

🚚 Returns
Returns are usually sent to our warehouse or an Amazon fulfillment center in Germany.
The exact return address will be provided to you upon receipt of your request.

💶 Return shipping costs
For an ordinary return under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the customer arranges and pays for the return directly; the seller does not provide a return label. For products that are damaged, non-conforming, or sent in error, the seller covers the return costs. Contact us before returning the goods for instructions.

💰 Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the amount due within 14 days using the same payment method used for the order.

⚠️ Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
