📦 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

📨 How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@finohairglow.eu including your order number.
We will then provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

🚚 Returns
Returns are usually sent to our warehouse or an Amazon fulfillment center in Germany.
The exact return address will be provided to you upon receipt of your request.

💶 Return shipping costs
The return shipping cost within Germany is a flat fee of €5.85, which will be deducted from your refund.
For returns from other EU countries, higher shipping costs may apply – these are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

💰 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price minus return shipping costs within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

⚠️ Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
